The EU Commission provides an Internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called "OS platform"). The OS platform is intended to serve as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts or service contracts (e.g. the mandate agreement). The OS platform can be reached under the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. schirach.law is not willing to participate in such an extrajudicial settlement of disputes.
